Arcadia Instant is compatible with Mac OSX 10.9 and above.
Navigate to our Arcadia Instant download site.
The URL address is
http://go.arcadiadata.com/download-arcadia-instant.html.Click Mac Download.
The system re-directs you to the Thank you page, and automatically starts the download of the current
Arcadia_Instant.pkgfile. If the download does not start automatically, click the link on that page.Note that you can request to See a Demo of our product, or access our technical documentation by clicking Read the Docs.
- In the file browser, start
Arcadia_Instant.pkg. The Arcadia Instant Installer opens on the Introduction page.
Click Continue.
On the License page of the installer, review the license terms and conditions. You can Print and Save the license.
Click Continue.
On the confirmation screen, click Agree.
If you click Disagree, the installation stops.
On the Installation Type screen, click Change Instant Location.
On the Select Destination screen, select the location of the install, and click Continue.
On the Installation Type screen, click Install.
- The system performs the installation tasks, with progress reported on the Installation screen.
On the Summary screen, the message 'The installation was successful.' appears.
Click Close.
Note that the Arcadia Instant application icon now appears on your desktop and/or start menu.
- Start the Arcadia Instant application
In the Arcadia Instant Control Panel, start the Arcadia Instant service by clicking Start.
The Arcadia Instant Control Panel, reports that the server is running.
Click Go to launch Arcadia Instant in your preferred browser. Arcadia Instant is optimized to work with Chrome.
The Arcadia Instant Application opens in your browser, on the Login page.
Enter the initial credentials:
- Username: admin
- Password: admin
Click Login.
Register with Arcadia Data. Enter the following information: First Name, Last Name, Email address, Organization, and Role.
Click Register Now.
To stop the Arcadia Instant Server, click Stop in the Arcadia Instant Control Panel.
To close the Arcadia Instant Server, click Quit in the Arcadia Instant Control Panel.
